Intern – Human Resources

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Support the handling of employee queries and requests.
- Help coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Assist in preparing letters, reports, and HR communications.
- Maintain and update HR databases and trackers.
- Support grievance handling and employee relations processes.
- Help organize meetings and take minutes when necessary.
- Provide general administrative support to the Employee Relations team
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexible to work on Shift Basis or General shift
- Additional advantage if the candidate has a statistics or Mathematics background
