Sales & Marketing Executives | Kiribathgoda
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in printing (offset, digital, large format, packaging, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Visit customers to understand their printing requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales effectively
- Coordinate with the production/design team to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities
- Handle payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections
- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing (printing industry experience is an added advantage)
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Ability to handle multiple clients and work under pressure
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive personality.
