Store Keeper
Duties & Responsibilities
Inventory Management:
- Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) after carefully analyzing the Pending Material Receipt Note (MRN) report and Goods-in-Transit report in coordination with the procurement team.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials with necessary verifications.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through GRN, AOD warehouse transfers, and update stock levels regularly.
- Conduct periodic/quarterly stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Stock Control:
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of goods.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment and expiry management.
- Prevent stock shortages and overstocking; arrange clearance of non-moving inventory with necessary management approvals.
- Organize inventory handling according to ABC classification.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain stock reports, inventory movement reports, and inventory aging reports.
- Arrange and clear Goods-in-Transit (GIT) reports and maintain proper documentation for pending clearances (GRN/AOD/APRI, etc.).
- Communicate with procurement teams and suppliers regarding goods returns and pending documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coordination:
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing goods in the storage area.
Qualifications and Skills
- Certificate in Warehouse Management.
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity (spare parts).
- Age between 25-35.
- Knowledge in ERP system, skills along with computer literacy.
- Team player & maintain corporative working relationship & ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
