Role Description
The Senior Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating immigration consultations, and guiding clients through visa application processes. This full-time, on-site role based in Colombo involves assessing client eligibility, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with relevant authorities, and ensuring timely submission of applications. The Senior Executive will also assist in developing service improvements, maintaining accurate records, and supporting junior team members with training and guidance. The role requires consistent adherence to regulatory requirements, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.

Key Requirements
- Experience in visa and immigration services or a similar client-focused professional services role.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, International Relations, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Leadership experience and knowledge of migration processes will be an advantage.
