වගකීම්
- වායු සමීකරණ, සිසිලන යන්ත්ර, සිසිලන කුළුණු, වාතාශ්රය ඒකක සහ වායු හැසිරවීමේ පද්ධති ඇතුළු HVAC පද්ධති ස්ථාපනය කිරීම, පරීක්ෂා කිරීම, නඩත්තු කිරීම සහ අලුත්වැඩියා කිරීම.
- උපකරණ කාර්යක්ෂමතාව සහතික කිරීම සහ අක්රිය කාලය අවම කිරීම සඳහා නිතිපතා වැළැක්වීමේ නඩත්තු කටයුතු සිදු කරන්න.
- HVAC පද්ධති සඳහා විදුලි හා යාන්ත්රික දෝෂ හඳුනා ගැනීම සහ අවශ්ය අලුත්වැඩියාවන් සිදු කිරීම.
- පද්ධති පාලන සකස් කිරීම සහ තාප ස්ථාය, කපාට සහ පීඩන ස්විච ක්රමාංකනය කිරීම.
- සියලුම HVAC පද්ධති බලශක්ති කාර්යක්ෂමතා ප්රමිතීන් සහ ආරක්ෂක රෙගුලාසිවලට අනුකූලව ක්රියාත්මක වන බව සහතික කිරීම.
- නිවැරදි නඩත්තු ලොග් සහ සේවා වාර්තා පවත්වා ගැනීම.
- නඩත්තු ඉල්ලීම් සහ හදිසි අවස්ථා සඳහා කඩිනමින් ප්රතිචාර දැක්වීම.
- බලශක්ති ඉතිරිකිරීමේ මුලපිරීම් සඳහා සහාය වීම සහ විභව වැඩිදියුණු කිරීම් වාර්තා කිරීම.
අවශ්යතා
- වායු සමීකරණ සහ ශීතකරණය, යාන්ත්රික ඉංජිනේරු විද්යාව හෝ අදාළ ක්ෂේත්රය පිළිබඳ සහතිකයක් හෝ ඩිප්ලෝමාවක්.
- HVAC ස්ථාපනය සහ නඩත්තුව පිළිබඳ අවම වශයෙන් අවුරුදු 2-3 ක පළපුරුද්දක්.
- HVAC පද්ධති, විදුලි සංරචක සහ ආරක්ෂක ක්රියා පටිපාටි පිළිබඳ හොඳ දැනුමක්.
- තාක්ෂණික රූප සටහන් සහ අත්පොත් කියවීමේ හැකියාව.
- ශක්තිමත් ගැටළු විසඳීමේ සහ දෝශ නිරාකරණ කුසලතා.

HVAC Technician | Battaramulla
The HVAC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and comfort in all facilities. The role involves diagnosing issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, chillers, cooling towers, ventilation units, and air handling systems.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs.
- Adjust system controls and calibrate thermostats, valves, and pressure switches.
- Ensure all HVAC systems operate in compliance with energy efficiency standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Support energy-saving initiatives and report potential improvements.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
- Sound knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call duties if required
