At Konnect BPO Technologies, we're on the lookout for a seasoned Finance Manager to take charge of our financial strategy and
operations.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the financial health and direction of the company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting process with accuracy and foresight
- Managing the company's P&L, ensuring cost control and revenue optimization
- Delivering timely and insightful financial reports to the leadership team
- Conducting strategic financial analysis to guide business decisions
- Ensuring full compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and internal controls
- Overseeing cash flow, risk management, and investment planning
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operations
- Building relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies
- Leading and mentoring the finance team for continuous growth
- Supporting the company's long-term strategic vision with sound financial leadership
Who We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CIMA/ACCA/CA highly preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior Finance role.
- Deep understanding of financial regulations, tax compliance, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in the BPO or service sector is a definite plus.
