- Good communication skills in Sinhala and basic English
- Customer service-oriented
- Basic computer knowledge
- Responsible cash handling skills
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Retail/commercial laundry experience preferred
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to learn quickly (training will be provided)
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage (not required)
