Key Account Manager
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Define and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Market Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align brand initiatives with business goals.
- Partner with external agencies for design, advertising, and media planning.
Performance Tracking
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, using insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Manage the brand budget effectively, ensuring all activities deliver maximum ROI.
Customer Engagement
- Foster a strong connection between the brand and its target audience through storytelling and innovative strategies.
- Champion customer feedback to refine brand messaging and offerings.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Professional qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced industry.
- Strong understanding of brand management principles, market research, and consumer behavior.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and collaboration.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
- Understanding of industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics.
