Senior Supervisor - Fulfillment - Outbound
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Daraz Fulfilment Outbound operations.
- Making sure the smooth running of Outbound Operations and meeting all internal KPIs.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues along with maintaining sensitivity to both customer & Seller related issues.
- Lead and supervise outbound picking, packing, and dispatch operations to meet daily SLA targets.
- Allocate manpower and resources efficiently to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
- Monitor productivity, accuracy, and quality standards across outbound processes.
- Coordinate with transport, inventory, and customer service teams to resolve dispatch issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and SOP guidelines.
- Prepare daily performance reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work.
Job Requirement:
- Graduates & Undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
- 1 year or more experience in the same field is an added advantage.
- Broad knowledge in Logistic Operations, E-commerce, Outbound Operations and Customer Service is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS office tools (especially in excel) and Google applications.
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Sinhalese. Fluency in Tamil would be an asset.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- A Team player.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem solver.
- Working location will be Kelaniya.
- Working days from Monday to Saturday, with the need to work late hours as and when required.
