Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Handling phone calls and inquiries
- Directing patients to relevant area for treatment
- Managing patient information system
- Managing incoming letters and documents
- Other administrative duties
The ideal candidate should possess
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Good computer literacy
- Motivated and committed with good time-keeping
