Job Responsibilities
- Monitor brand performance through data and analytics
- Develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies across GT and MT Channels.
- BTL Activities to drive sales growth
- Design and execute wholesale loyalty programs to enhance distributor performance
- Monitor trade spending and ensure effective budget management.
- Monitor Competitor Pricing and Product movements.
Candidate Profile
- Part Qualified in CIM/SLIM or with a Diploma in Marketing from a recognized university.
- Fully qualified in CIM/SLIM will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in FMCG Trade Marketing and Sales with a strong understanding of Market dynamics.
- Familiar with Sales force System and experience in MS office packages
- Previous experience in handling Trade Marketing Promotions would be an added advantage
- Strong and sharp analytical Skills and the ability to analyze Data and draw actionable insights.
