සුදුසුකම්
- වයස අවුරුදු 45-65 අතර.
- විවිධ ඉවුම් පිහුම් ක්රම, අමුද්රව්ය සහ ආහාර පිළිබඳ විශිෂ්ට දැනුමක්.
- ආහාර සුරක්ෂිතතාව, සනීපාරක්ෂක රෙගුලාසි සහ මුළුතැන්ගෙයි හොඳම පිළිවෙත් පිළිබඳ විශිෂ්ට දැනුමක්.
