Sales Manager - Distribution Channel

Your role will
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Expand and manage distributor & dealer networks island-wide.
- Strengthen retail partnerships and market penetration.
- Lead and drive high-performance sales teams
- Oversee stock movement and distribution efficiency
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in Sales & Distribution Management
- Strong commercial and strategic planning skills
- Proven record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership & negotiation abilities.
