Lecturer / Lecturer (Probationary) - Department of Textile, Fashion & Clothing Technologies | Meepe, Padukka

The Role
- Design & deliver course material & lectures in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology & Apparel Production, Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising and Fashion Technology & Design.
- Foster a collaborative learning environment through engaging & interactive classroom activities.
- Work closely with the department Head to create Industry learning
- opportunities and exposure for students.
- Introduce and suggest innovative learning techniques to inspire and motivate
- students to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
Lecturer
- A degree with specialization in the relevant subject with a first- or second-class (upper division)
AND
- Should possess a 2-year research-based master's degree in a related field.
WITH
- at least six (06) years of experience in one or more of the following:
(i) Teaching at University Level
(ii) Professional experience
(iii) Research in a recognized institution
Lecturer (Probationary)
- A degree with specialization in the relevant field with a first- or second-class (upper division)
AND
- Should have completed a postgraduate diploma level in a 2-year research-based master degree in a related field.
WITH
- at least three (03) years of experience in one or more of the following:
(i) Teaching at University Level
(ii) Professional experience
(iii) Research in a recognized institution
