The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting pharmacies and cosmetic outlets to ensure products are properly stocked, displayed, and rotated. The role also involves building good relationships with customers, supporting sales activities, and collecting orders when required while maintaining professional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned pharmacies and cosmetic outlets regularly.
- Ensure products are properly stocked, displayed, and rotated according to company standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and outlet staff.
- Support sales promotions, merchandising, and visibility activities in outlets.
- Collect customer orders and coordinate timely delivery with relevant teams.
- Monitor stock levels and expiry dates to minimize product losses.
- Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets within the territory.
- Provide market feedback and competitor activity updates to management.
- Maintain accurate daily sales reports and customer visit records.
Candidate Profile
- Passed G.C.E. (A/L).
- Possession of a valid motor bike license.
- 1 year of experience in Pharmaceuticals or FMCG will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A positive attitude, multitasking ability, and willingness to learn and grow.
