Key responsibilities
- Build and manage B2B partnerships with doctors, clinics, and organizations
- Develop and carry out sales and outreach strategies to attract more patients
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with medical partners
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
- Track and report basic sales and partnership activities
What we look for
- Proven experience in medical representative (Med Rep) work, healthcare business development, or pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong Medical Network: Existing, established relationships with Consultant Specialists and medical professionals in Colombo and the Gampaha district are highly desirable.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, capable of speaking confidently with both corporate HR directors and senior medical consultants.
- Self-driven, highly persuasive, and motivated by target-driven financial rewards.
