Sales Cordinator - Retail, Supermarket and cafes
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily sales operations with retail outlets, supermarkets, and cafés
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
- Ensure timely processing of orders and deliveries
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment requirements
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and operational updates
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets
- Coordinate promotions, product launches, and marketing activities with outlets
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues professionally
- Work closely with production, stores, and delivery teams for smooth operations
- Maintain proper sales documentation and records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales coordination, retail operations, or FMCG sector
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Positive attitude and professional work ethic are a must
- Willingness to work overtime / extended hours when required
- Experience dealing with supermarkets and café channels will be an added advantage
