- Air Ticket Reservations & Issuance
- Visa Processing & Documentation
- Hajj & Umrah Coordination
- Inbound & Outbound Tour Arrangements
- Hotel & Transportation Bookings
- Customer Service & Travel Consultation
- Corporate & B2B Travel Sales
- Follow-up with Existing & New Clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 Years Experience in the Travel Industry
- Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or Similar Reservation Systems
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Computer Literacy & Email Correspondence Skills
- Ability to Work Independently and Achieve Targets
- Strong Customer Service & Sales Skills
- Sinhala, Tamil & English Language Skills will be an added advantage
