Job Profile
- Develop and manage new business opportunities in Freight Forwarding.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Identify new market opportunities and onboard new clients.
- Work closely with Pricing, Operations, and Customer Service teams to deliver competitive solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly follow up on prospects.
Candidate Profile
- Applicants must have a minimum of 5+ years' experience for the Manger Sales & Marketing Position and 3+ years' experience for the Senior Executive Sales & Marketing position.
- Proven experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Sales.
- Strong customer network and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently.
- Good understanding of international freight, shipping lines, and logistics operations.
