Job Summary
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, reporting, and analysis. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Support in preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
