Pharmacist
We are looking for a qualified and dynamic pharmacist with SLMC registration to take charge of Pharmacy Operations at Melsta Hospitals. This role will oversee In-Patient (IP), Out-Patient (OP), and Clinical Pharmacist activities, ensuring patient safety and excellence in pharmaceutical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive prescriptions; enter patient information and prescriptions to computer systems
- Prepare, package and label prescription medications Prepare compounds
- Maintain proper drug, vaccine, consumables storage and security
- Assist chief pharmacists in stock maintaining, price tagging, stock taking
- Maintain prescription and inventory record keeping;systems
- Receive ordered incoming goods, check and update records
- Provide patients with information
Candidate Profile:
- Be qualified and registered as Pharmacists with the Sri Lanka Medical Council
- Minimum of 03 years' experience in reputed hospital pharmacy or supermarket pharmacy
- Good command of English language and ability to communicate well with people at all levels
- Be willing to work on shift basis
- Should be a pleasing personality
