Business Support Executives - Colombo 15

A well-established company - 65 years in the shipping sector have an opportunity for an Honest and Hard Working individual for their Business Support Executive post.

The company is located at Colombo 15.
Working Hours: 9 am to 5 pm (Monday to Friday)
The individual should be Responsible, Hardworking, and Most Importantly Honest with a good family background.

Job Scope:
  • Receive customer inquiries by e-mail/ phone number
  • Quote to customers by e-mail
  • Engaging with local & foreign customers
  • Engaging with foreign principals
  • Order goods required
  • Maintain stock
  • Maintaining proper records

Qualifications:
  • Female/ Male over 30 - 40 years of age
  • Very Good written & spoken English is a MUST
  • A/L with an A grade for English is a MUST
  • An English graduate ideal.
  • MS Office experience is a MUST.
  • Minimum 5 years work experience.
