The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new travel markets, generating leads from international travel agencies, and creating engaging marketing content that showcases Sri Lanka as a premium travel destination. You will also manage social media platforms, support campaign execution, and contribute to improving our digital presence and brand visibility.
This position requires a proactive and independent individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced tourism environment, using modern digital tools and AI-based systems. What We Are Looking For:
- Degree or professional qualification in Marketing/Business (CIM/SLIM preferred)
- Experience in digital marketing (Google Ads, SEO, content creation)
- Fluent in English (Spanish or Italian is an advantage)
- Familiar with Al tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms
- Strong communication, creativity, and independent working skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze global travel trends and identify new tour opportunities
- Generate B2B leads and build relationships with international travel partners
- Plan and execute outreach campaigns to expand market reach
- Create and manage social media content (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Support website updates and CRM activities
- Contribute to brand positioning and business growth strategies
