Role Overview
As a Guest Relations Officer, you will represent the Veritas standard of hospitality and discretion. You will manage member arrivals, appointments, lounge coordination, and personalized service delivery — ensuring every guest experience feels effortless, calm, and premium.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist Veritas members with professionalism and grace
- Coordinate appointment schedules and manage member communications
- Ensure the lounge environment remains refined, organized, and serene
- Provide personalized support throughout the guest journey
- Handle inquiries with confidentiality and high-level service etiquette
- Support the clinical and operations team in delivering a seamless experience
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Female candidate with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English (Sinhala/Tamil is an added advantage)
- Strong interpersonal and hospitality-oriented mindset
- Well-groomed, confident, and service-focused
- Ability to maintain strict discretion and professional boundaries
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality, front desk, or customer relations is preferred
