Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Audit & Assurance, Tax Manager, based in Malabe. The Tax Manager will oversee audit and assurance engagements, prepare and review financial statements, ensure compliance with tax laws, and provide advice on financial operations. Responsibilities also include managing client relationships, interpreting financial data, and leading a team to deliver high-quality services aligned with the firm's standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial information and identify trends and patterns
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey financial insights and collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Finance-related functions, including taxation and compliance
- Comprehensive understanding and expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
- At least ONE year experience in Auditing, including conducting and managing audits while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards
- Leadership and team management capabilities
- Professional accounting qualifications such as CA, ACCA, or CPA are preferred. (Part or full)
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and a commitment
Salary Range - 100,000 LKR - 120,000 LKR
