- ගනුදෙනුකරුවන් සමඟ සුදුසු ආපසු ගෙවීමේ සැලසුම් සාකච්ඡා කර එකඟ වීම
- පාරිභෝගික අන්තර්ක්රියා සහ ගෙවීම් යාවත්කාලීන කිරීම් පිළිබඳ නිවැරදි වාර්තා පවත්වා ගැනීම
- ගනුදෙනුකරුවන් හමුවීමට සහ ගෙවීම් එකතු කිරීමට පවරා ඇති ප්රදේශවලට යාම
- අභ්යන්තර කණ්ඩායම් සමඟ සම්බන්ධීකරණය කිරීම සහ නිතිපතා ප්රතිසාධන යාවත්කාලීන කිරීම් ලබා දීම

Recovery Officer
We are looking for motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Recovery Officers. Selected candidates will be responsible for managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining good customer relationships.

- Kolonnawa, Wellampitiya, Angoda
- Nittabuwa, Negombo, Chilaw, Kuliyapitiya
- Kandha, Mawathagama, Katugastota
- Matale
- Jaffna
Requirements:
- G.C.E. O/L Passed
- Owner of a motorcycle and a license
- Those who have legally discharged from the government security forces are preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in debt recovery
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Valid driving license (possession of a motorcycle is an advantage)
- Previous experience in recovery/collection is an advantage (mandatory) Not)
- Willingness to do field-based work
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and field visits to recover outstanding payments
- Negotiate and agree on suitable repayment plans with customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates
- Visit assigned areas to meet customers and collect payments
- Coordinate with internal teams and provide regular recovery updates
- Achieve monthly recovery targets set by the management
