Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day supermarket operations
- Support category management and merchandising activities
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Assist in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs
- Handle staff coordination and ensure adherence to company policies
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in retail or FMCG (supermarket experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting
- Willingness to work flexible hours
