This role is ideal for individuals beginning their IT career and eager to gain hands‑on exposure in ServiceNow, ITIL concepts, and customer support operations.
Job Overview
- Developing basic form customizations, business rules, and client scripts in ServiceNow
- Applying a foundational understanding of ITIL and ITSM concepts in daily tasks
- Handling customer technical support queries with professionalism, clarity, and accuracy
- Ensuring timely resolution of issues while providing high‑quality, customer‑focused support
- Communicating effectively with users of varying technical backgrounds
- Educating customers on available support options and explaining the steps taken to resolve issues
- Collaborating with team members, escalating issues as required, and following documented processes to resolve service-related concerns
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities with a consultative approach
- Basic understanding of ITSM / ITIL / CMDB concepts
- Fundamental JavaScript knowledge
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (added advantage)
Educational Qualifications
- Fresh graduates who have completed a 3‑year or 4‑year IT‑related degree
