Key Responsibilities
- Assist the admissions and sales team in student recruitment activities.
- Respond to student inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records.
- Support educational exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and updating the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute recruitment campaigns.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or freshers with Previous internship or customer service experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer literacy, including MS Office applications.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
