Job Description
- As a Junior Executive you will play a pivotal role in Logistic Operations. Your contributions will directly impact our success as we strive to exceed expectations and set new benchmarks. Responsibilities include:
- Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers
- Coordinating Inbound traffic; ocean, sea, air and road. Maximizing the cost
- Continuously identify areas for process optimization and automation.
- Proactive approach for resolving problems concerning shipment planning, follow-up and in house process.
- Write or revise standard operating procedures for logistics processes based on latest scope of work
- Enter logistics-related data into databases and coordinate with the documentation team to
- Ensure that all documentation regarding shipments are done on time and accurately
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year business experience with a focus on logistic operations.
- Should have minimum qualification of pass in GCE(O/L) 6 subjects with passes in Mathematics and English
- G.C.E. Advanced Level - Minimum of 3 passes.
