ABOUT THE ROLE
PIBT Campus is looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. If you're passionate about digital marketing, lead generation, social media, and performance marketing, we'd love to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
- Generate high-quality student leads and improve conversion rates.
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Manage and grow our social media platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
- Conduct SEO and website optimization activities.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce marketing materials.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Creative thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing tools is an advantage.
