- Welcome and assist clients professionally
- Manage appointments, bookings and customer inquiries
- Handle calls, payments and front-desk operations
- Support the team in delivering a premium client experience
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organised and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using booking/messaging platforms
- Friendly, professional and detail-oriented personality
Important
- 6 working days per week
- Weekend availability is compulsory
- Preferred weekday provided as the off day
