Recovery Officer- Kandy
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and overdue payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements where necessary.
- Conduct customer visits to recover outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate records of recovery activities and payment updates.
- Coordinate with workshop, service, and finance teams regarding customer accounts.
- Prepare recovery reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure achievement of monthly collection and recovery targets.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in debt recovery, collections, or a similar role.
- Previous experience in a police department will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid riding/driving license.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
