Senior Lecturer / Lecturer - Quantity Surveying & Construction (Full Time)
Educational Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Commercial management or a closely related discipline, and/or
- A Master's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management, Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, Building Information Modelling (BIM) / Digital Construction or a closely related discipline.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of Academic Experience, preferably in a Higher Education Institution or University.
- Teaching experience in Research Modules is a definite advantage.
- Teaching experience with Pearson BTEC HND and City & Guilds qualifications is an advantage.
- Prior experience as a Program Leader is an added benefit.
Skills and Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of Research Supervision.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging Lectures, Tutorials, and Practical Sessions.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to encourag a collaborative and Student-Focused Learning Culture.
- Compulsory to work on Weekends, with two Weekdays off.
