Showroom Manager | Kotahena
JOB PROFILE
- Oversee the daily operations of the showroom ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Drive sales targets and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer base
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the showroom team to achieve individual and team performance goals
- Ensure high standards of customer service, handling queries and resolving issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure product availability
- Maintain a visually appealing showroom environment through effective merchandising and cleanliness
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to the management
REQUIREMENTS
- Male/Female candidates between 30 to 40 years of age
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Consumer Durables / Electronics / Furniture Retail in a managerial or assistant managerial capacity
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a team effectively
- Fluency in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage)
- Knowledge in Hire Purchase Management and Furniture Retailing is an added advantage
