Marketing & Sales Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing team in the floral industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and services
- Handle client inquiries and convert leads into sales
- Maintain and grow relationships with corporate and retail clients
- Manage social media and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (preferably in retail or FMCG)
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly dedicated, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Ability to work long hours when required, especially during peak seasons
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing is an added advantage
