Assistant Manager - Finance

Responsibilities
- Manage the AP teams and compliance with SLAs
- Overview of System processors in AP operation
- Manage payables including reconciliations and utility payments
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely payment processing
- Reconciling vendor accounts and resolving any issues
- Ledger reconciliations of AP
- Assist in preparation and analysis of P&L reports
- Overview of Maintain and manage petty cash, IOU records
- Ensure accurate reporting and share regular financial updates
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records
- Support process improvements and ensure compliance with company procedures
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role
- Experience in invoicing, receivables, and payables management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in Excel and basic financial systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Part qualification in accounting (AAT, CIMA, ACCA or similar) is an advantage
