Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Develop and execute social media content calendars.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing campaigns and brand promotions.
- Edit videos, reels, and promotional content using relevant editing tools.
- Write creative captions, blogs, and marketing copy.
- Monitor social media trends and develop innovative content ideas aligned with current market trends.
- Create viral and highly engaging content to increase brand awareness, reach, and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital content and communication channels.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar content creation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Photography and videography skills will be an added advantage.
