KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand dealer and B2B markets.
- Lead and mentor sales teams, driving performance, accountability, and growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to enhance market position.
- Manage sales budgets, revenue targets, forecasting, and performance reporting to the executive board.
CANDIDATE PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. MBA, CIM, or SLIM qualifications will be an added advantage.
- 10 years of sales experience, including 4 years in a senior leadership role within the hardware, construction materials, paint, or related industrial sectors.
- Strong network of hardware dealers, distributors, contractors, and corporate builders across Sri Lanka.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
