- මාරුවීම් ආරම්භයේදී සහ අවසානයේ මුදල් ලාච්චුව තුලනය කිරීම
- අයකැමි කවුන්ටරයේ පිරිසිදුකම සහ සංවිධානය පවත්වා ගැනීම
- එදිනෙදා මෙහෙයුම් වලදී කණ්ඩායම් සාමාජිකයින්ට සහාය වීම
අවශ්යතා:
- අයකැමියෙකු ලෙස හෝ පාරිභෝගික සේවයේ පෙර පළපුරුද්ද වඩාත් කැමති වේ
- ශක්තිමත් සංඛ්යාත්මක සහ සන්නිවේදන කුසලතා
- මුදල් හැසිරවීමේදී විස්තර සහ නිරවද්යතාවය කෙරෙහි අවධානය යොමු කිරීම
- සති අන්ත සහ නිවාඩු දින ඇතුළුව නම්යශීලී මාරුවීම්වල වැඩ කිරීමේ හැකියාව
- විශිෂ්ට කථන සහ ලිඛිත ඉංග්රීසි සන්නිවේදන කුසලතා

Customer Service Executive - Cashier
Location: The Flavour Court by Colombo City Centre
We are recruiting a Customer Service Officer to join our quick service restaurant team in Colombo City Centre. If you are friendly, quick and have the ability to maintain good customer relations, this is your opportunity to be part of a fast-growing food outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately
- Issue receipts, refunds, and maintain proper transaction records
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter
- Support team members in day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service preferred
- Strong numerical and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling money
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Team player with a customer-first mindset
