Conveyancer (Full Time) | Colombo
Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Conveyancer at Muve Colombo. The Conveyancer will be responsible for managing all aspects of the conveyancing process, preparing legal documents, advising clients regarding legal issues, and communicating with clients and third parties.
Job Requirements
- Should be able to commit to a Full Time role
- Completion of Bachelor's degree in Law or related field is required/ Attorney's in Law
- Should be able to communicate with clients based in the UK via phone calls
- Strong knowledge of law and legal consulting
- Experience in legal document preparation
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to handle legal issues
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Sri Lankan property laws and regulations is beneficial
- Should be able to work the UK business hours (April to October - 13:00 PM - 21:30 PM / October to March - 14:00 PM - 22:30 PM)
