Student Enrollment & Centre Manager | Gampaha

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader to head our Student Recruitment operations in Gampaha. This role requires a hands-on professional who can drive enrolment targets, lead a high-performing team, and manage a strong lead-to-enrolment pipeline with discipline and energy.
Job Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for overseeing the student enrollment process from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans across walk-ins, hotline enquiries, school visits, events, and digital lead channels
- Planning promotional activities, open days, outdoor events and webinars to attract prospective students.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Over 5 years of experience in student enrollment / counselling in an education-related organization
- Knowledge of the higher education landscape is a definite advantage.
- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for helping students.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
