Description
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Electrician / Technical Associate to handle maintenance, repair, and installation of Electrical and Lighting systems across our multi-story buildings and commercial/residential projects. This role requires a hands-on approach and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on maintenance, repair, and breakdown activities for Electrical and Mechanical (MEP) systems.
- Execute new electrical wiring and lighting installations, ensuring optimal system performance and uptime.
- Ensure all tasks are carried out in strict compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of site visits & job done.
- Provide essential technical support, guidance, and expertise to clients and stakeholders upon request.
- Collaborate effectively with in-house staff, contractors, and third-party service providers for all installation, replacement, and maintenance works, both in-office and off-site.
