Marketing Content Creator
Looking out for a dynamic individual to join our team of Marketeers!
Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies that build brand awareness, generate inbound traffic, and increase leads
- Create high-quality, engaging content across multiple formats (e.g., articles, blog posts, social media posts, video scripts, infographics wording)
- Manage end-to-end digital projects including content management across all digital media platforms
- Optimize content for SEO and ensure it meets SEO best practices
- Responsible for online & offline marketing activations, events & campaigns planning & execution while collaborating with relevant sales vertical/channel
- Conduct market research & competitor analysis, monitor ROI and content KPIs
- Stay up to date on marketing trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing or related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of all leading social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhalese. Tamil would be an added advantage
- A curious mindset and passion to learn and grow under pressure
- Analytical Skills to develop reports for review and discussion
- Tech Savvy and passionate in marketing and ability to inspire creative ideas in a team environment
- Excellent Team Player
- Experience in Al-powered tools and a willingness to explore new Al technologies will be an advantage
