Job Responsibilities
- Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and issue receipts.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure that the cash register is balanced at the end of the shift.
- Minimum six months to one year of experience in a similar capacity / Freshers also welcome to apply
- Fluency in Sinhala language is a must
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
