Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with high-profile clients to sell property-related products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend relevant products and services tailored to their requirements.
- Create, implement, and monitor sales plans that align with the company's business objectives.
- Support the marketing team in producing creative ideas and content for marketing and PR activities.
- Develop engaging content for digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, email, and print.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for business development.
- Oversee the production of promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and online content.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with media outlets and marketing agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
- Coordinate public relations activities to enhance the company's image and public perception.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales role, preferably in the real estate, banking, or investment sectors.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing customer relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in leading sales teams and implementing sales strategies.
- Strong communication skills, with excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong business acumen with a good understanding of financial principles.
- Internet literate with knowledge of digital marketing tools.
- Creative, innovative thinker with great negotiation and networking skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Marketing or Sales from a recognized university.
- Experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
