Legal Officer | Gampaha
We are looking for a Talented and dedicated Legal Officer to join our team
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Conduct legal research on property laws, zoning regulations, and other relevant legal matters.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and external legal counsel to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Provide legal support in property acquisitions, sales, leases, and development projects.
- Assist in resolving legal disputes and managing litigation processes related to real estate.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations pertaining to real estate activities.
- Coordinate with banks for legal matters in transfer deeds
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of property laws, zoning regulations, and contract law.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Above 3 years of experience in conveyancing and court work.
- Should be capable of drafting all kind off deeds, agreements and all other legal documents.
- Experience in real estate will be an added qualification considered in the selection process.
- Age Below 40.
- Should have excellent operational & co-ordination skills.
- Be a person with highly interpersonal skill & must be able to work independently.
- Applicants residing close to vicinity Gampaha area.
