WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Winning new business for warehousing & 3PL services.
- Building and managing a strong B2B sales pipeline.
- Conducting site visits and presenting logistics solutions.
- Negotiating pricing, contracts, and long- term agreements.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, logistics, or a related field is required.
- A master's degree in a relevant discipline is an added advantage
- 3+ years' experience in warehousing/3PL sales (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations & workflows.
- Proven B2B sales and contract negotiation experience.
- Performance-oriented with a drive for results.
- Male candidates preferred
