KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- G.C.E. A/L qualification; a Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in technical products, industrial equipment, or machinery.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable 3D printers, resins, filaments, and related solutions.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to visit customers and conduct product demonstrations when required.
- A valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
- Prior knowledge of 3D printing technologies (FDM, Resin/SLA, materials, and applications) will be an advantage. Training can be provided for the right candidate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote 3D printing solutions and drive sales of 3D printers, printing materials, and related accessories.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and convert sales opportunities into orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide product guidance and coordinate after-sales support with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.
