Accounts Executive

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain expense schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate outstanding reconciling items.
- Prepare supporting schedules and financial analyses for the annual budgeting process. Assist in the month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Prepare and reconcile bank accounts on a timely basis.
- Generate and prepare periodic management reports to support business decision-making.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Liaise with internal departments to obtain financial information required for reporting and reconciliation activities.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or Part qualification of CA, CMA or full qualification of AAT.
- Minimum 2 or 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Candidate should be result oriented with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Good communication skill in both English & Sinhala.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet the deadlines.
- Age should be below 30 years
